Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026
1. Overview
DogeDrop ("we", "us") is a free Dogecoin faucet that lets users claim small DOGE rewards and withdraw them to a linked FaucetPay wallet. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.
2. Data we collect
- FaucetPay address or email — used to identify your account and send withdrawals.
- Claim and withdrawal records — amount, timestamp, and status, to prevent fraud and show your history.
- IP address — used only to enforce claim cooldowns and detect bots.
- Contact form submissions — your name, email, and message, if you contact us.
We do not collect passwords, seed phrases, or private wallet keys. FaucetPay handles wallet authentication on their side.
3. How we use your data
- To operate the faucet: grant claims, track balances, process withdrawals.
- To prevent abuse: enforce cooldowns and block bots via IP and captcha.
- To respond to support messages you send us.
4. Third parties
We use FaucetPay to verify wallet addresses and send DOGE payouts. Your address is shared with FaucetPay for these purposes, subject to their privacy policy. We may also use advertising partners (such as Bitmedia) who may set cookies under their own policies.
5. Cookies
We store your linked wallet address in your browser's local storage so you stay logged in across visits. Third-party ad networks may set additional cookies; you can control these in your browser settings.
6. Data retention
We keep claim and withdrawal records for as long as your account is active, to detect fraud. Contact messages are retained for up to 12 months. You can request deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us through the Contact page.
8. Children
DogeDrop is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the faucet, please contact us.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
